September is Teen Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month

Teen Lifeline is inviting you to take part in the 2024 Teen Suicide Prevention and Awareness (TSPA) Month!

For the 25th consecutive year, Teen Lifeline has applied to the Governor of the State of Arizona to have the month of September proclaimed as Teen Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month which coincides with National Suicide Prevention Week and World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10.

Your participation gives your agency the opportunity to engage with and inform youth of the resources that you provide as an agency. As a participating agency of this event it is expected that you have an activity to engage with the students and materials that promote your agency.

Below are two forms for your agency to fill out: the Agency Agreement form and Rally Participation form. Please fill these forms out at your earliest convenience.

If you plan to only attend school events please fill out the Agency Agreement form.

If you plan to only attend the rally please fill out the Rally Participation form.

If you plan to attend both school events and the rally, please fill out both forms. (Note: Because you’re participating in the school events, you will not have to pay again for the Rally.)

We will be in constant communication with participating schools and agencies to inform everyone of the schedule. After schools determine what days they wish to host us, a schedule will be sent out to the participating agencies to allow everyone to sign up. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Clinical Preventionist Bree Walker (by phone at 602-248-8337 or by email at bree@teenlifeline.org) and she will be happy to work through it with you.
