If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, please call Teen Lifeline. We are here to listen and to help.

602-248-8336 (TEEN) or 800-248-8336 (TEEN)

It’s free and confidential. Your help is just a phone call away.

Teen Lifeline isn’t just about suicide. If you are having trouble in school, fighting with a significant other or family, feeling depressed or just need to talk, we are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Yes, even holidays!

The biggest thing that separates us from other crisis hotlines is the people who answer the phone. We understand that, as a teen, you would prefer to turn to someone your own age to talk about your problems.  Teens helping teens is what makes Teen Lifeline both unique and incredibly successful.  You will get to talk to someone your own age who understands what you are going through and can help you through it. Our peer counselors have been trained so you will know all of your options and what services are available to you.

You can also learn a variety of information on our topics pages including suicide/depression, relationships and bullying.

For additional information including helpful guides and stress relievers, visit our resources page!
